HVIA at IAA TRANSPORTATION

HVIA’s Kay Marco and Steve Power are currently in Hanover Germany for IAA TRANSPORTATION, the world’s largest truck show.

“We are inviting attendees to join a tour downunder next year for the 2023 Brisbane Truck Show, under our “All roads lead to Brisbane” campaign,” Kay said.

“It has been great to see so many HVIA members, Brisbane Truck Show exhibitors, Australian operators and industry scribes here already.

“This is an extraordinary event, but I think it reaffirms the professionalism and the experience that we deliver with our members and other exhibitors in Brisbane.”

Steve said that every participant in Hanover is making a statement about their readiness to participate in the next phase of road freight transport.

“There isn’t a supplier present who hasn’t adopted that in one way or another.

“It is no surprise that no one wants to be left behind, but this is such a monumental shift for a whole industry in one go.

“This is the first time this event has been able to proceed since 2019, and everyone here seems so appreciative for the opportunity to come together again.

“We have seen sustainability take a more prominent role in Brisbane over recent editions of the show, but I think we will see our exhibitors leaning even further in that direction too, with so much new technology emerging and services to support it.”
