The “What’s New in Telematics” seminar presented by Transport Certification Australia (TCA) and HVIA at the Brisbane Truck Show is now available to watch online.
HVIA’s Greg Forbes and Adam Ritzinger joined Gavin Hill and John Gordon from Transport Certification Australia, Wayne Dale from the NHVR and David McIntosh from Telstra.
The session covering heavy vehicle telematics and mass monitoring requirements proved to be very popular with drivers, transport operators and heavy vehicle manufacturers.
Presenters also talked about the use of the Telematics Monitoring Application and Smart On-Board Mass and how, when combined, they can provide road managers with new ways of understanding the use of road networks to better inform forward planning and investment.
