Volvo Group Australia Recognises Dealer Excellence

A slew of awards were announced at the recent Volvo Group Australia Dealer Awards night, recognising both customer satisfaction and dealer excellence across the national network.

Martin Jerresand, Vice President Service Market and Retail Volvo Group Australia, says the contribution of dealers to the success of its customers cannot be under-estimated.

“The delivery of a new vehicle to a customer is just the start of the relationship,” he says.

“Our job is to keep the wheels of that vehicle turning and our customers on the road.

“We have the tools and systems to keep our customers moving but these mean nothing without the having the right people in the right places to ensure our customers remain productive and on the move.
