BTS19 – First round Expression of Interest

Expression of Interest emails were sent out today, inviting last year’s exhibitors to formally apply for space allocation for the 2019 Brisbane Truck Show.

The Brisbane Truck Show will return to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 May, 2019.

HVIA’s National Events Manager and Brisbane Truck Show Manager, Noelene Bradley said the response has been overwhelming.

“Within the first couple of hours we have had a phenomenal response,” Noelene told us.

“There has been a constant buzz since HVIA recently reached out to exhibitors from last year’s Brisbane Truck Show to verify contact details,” she said. “And then when the 365-day countdown was launched on 16 May for the 2019 event, our social media community went into a bit of a frenzy.

“We have been very busy behind the scenes developing next year’s event, creating a whole raft of new initiatives designed to attract even more qualified customers to attend the show, and from a wider range of industries.

“The Brisbane Truck Show is an unparalleled event to connect our industry with its customers.

“There are many new opportunities for exhibitors to get more value from their experience, and so much of that is about data – knowing who is there, where they are from and what they are looking for.

“Over the next couple of months before the public launch, scheduled for early October, we will be working with our exhibitors, both old and new, to take advantage of these initiatives to get better value than ever out of the 2019 show.”

Noelene warned exhibitors to get in quickly with first round responses due by 27 July.

“We are in the fortunate position of having an extensive waiting list of potential new exhibitors, so we’ll dive straight into the task of allocating space to our existing exhibitors and get back to new applicants as quickly as possible.”

“I do ask that anyone that has applied through our website – please be patient; we will respond to you as soon as opportunities become clear.”
