HVIA Unveils Agenda For Upcoming Member Forums

HVIA has released the agenda for the next round of Member Forums to be held across Australia throughout August. The meetings build on an extensive schedule of activities already in motion for 2024.

As always, all staff from any of HVIA’s member organisations are welcome to attend. Attendees consistently enjoy the chance to get up to speed on the important developments in their industry, as well as the informal networking with colleagues and friends over morning tea.

The agenda – available here – will touch on many topical areas, and will include:

  • A review of HVIA feedback to the recent NSW and VIC freight strategy/policy documents;
  • National regulatory updates – ROVER, RVCS and the HVNL;
  • Options for HVIA’s Federal Election manifesto, and request for member input; and
  • Trailer wiring and powered trailer working group updates.

Each meeting will also feature a special presentation on the latest heavy vehicle crash statistics from Adam Gibson of NTI/NRSPP.

Registration is free and is available online by clicking on the links below.
