JobKeeper: Amendments to Fair Work Act
Eligible businesses and not-for-profit organisations affected by COVID-19 can elect to claim a subsidy of $1,500 (before tax) per fortnight per eligible employee employed as at 1 March 2020 and retained in employment (including employees who have been stood down or re-hired).
COVID-19: New Temporary Award Provisions
The Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission have applied temporary variations to 99 awards including the Vehicle Manufacturing Repair Services and Retail Award 2010 and the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2010 until 30 June 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
