Fleet electrification and battery storage company Zenobē and online appliance retailer Winning Group have today announced a strategic partnership to deploy 30 electric trucks across Australia.
The partnership supports Winnings’ transition toward a fully electrified, end-to-end delivery network and accelerates the decarbonisation of home appliance deliveries nationwide, while showcasing Zenobē’s expertise in enabling large-scale fleet electrification.
The ARENA-supported initiative represents another application of Zenobē’s Electric Vehicle as a Service (EVaaS) model, which removes upfront capital barriers while reducing operational risk for fleet operators transitioning to electric vehicles.
The project will see the rollout of an electric fleet across two key sites. In Kemps Creek, NSW, Winnings will deploy 10 Foton T5 (4.5-tonne) electric trucks, leveraging existing on-site charging infrastructure. In Altona, Victoria, a further 20 electric trucks (8.5-tonne) will be introduced alongside new charging infrastructure designed and built by Zenobē, with final fleet specifications to be confirmed.
The partnership builds on Zenobē’s home delivery truck electrification work to date, with the opening of the first off-site electric truck charging hub in Sydney last year boasting Woolworths as the hub’s main tenant.
Gareth Ridge, Country Director Australia and New Zealand at Zenobē, says, “You can now have your groceries and the fridge to store them in delivered with zero emissions, meaning cleaner air, quieter streets and greater convenience.”
“Projects like this demonstrate how electrification can be scaled across diverse sectors. By combining vehicles, charging infrastructure and ongoing support into a single service, we’re helping partners like Winnings transition with confidence while reducing both cost and risk.”

Harry Boileau, General Manager, Winning Services, adds: “At Winning Services, our vision is to move from port to customer door with zero emissions, creating a fully electrified delivery journey from end to end. This partnership with Zenobē is a significant step toward making that vision a reality.
“We’re proud to be working closely with key brand partners who share this ambition. Electrolux and Fisher & Paykel are the first to join us on this journey, supporting the transition toward a cleaner, more sustainable supply chain.
“This is about more than just electrifying vehicles – it’s about rethinking how we deliver into Australian homes. By working together across the entire supply chain, we can reduce emissions, improve efficiency, and continue delivering on our mission to create the best experiences in the world, for the world.”
ARENA CEO Darren Miller says that what sets this project apart is the focus on real world operations – “heavy payloads, managed from active depots, running on real delivery routes in New South Wales and Victoria. That’s where electric trucks need to prove themselves if they’re going to scale.”
“ARENA’s role is to help de-risk first-of-a-kind projects like this and ensure the lessons are shared. The insights from this project on costs, performance, charging and operations will help other freight operators make informed decisions.”
The partnership further strengthens Zenobē’s position as a leading electrification partner for heavy vehicle fleets, building on the company’s global leadership in sustainable transport and infrastructure innovation.
