Australian “clean technology” company Pure Hydrogen Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Pure One Operations, has signed a deal with Advanced Manufacturing Queensland (AMQ) to progress collaboration on the supply, assembly and sales of zero-emission vehicles in Australia.
Under the Term Sheet, Pure One and AMQ will establish a manufacturing partnership to support the assembly and integration of certain hydrogen fuel cell (HFC) trucks at AMQ’s advanced manufacturing facility in Brisbane, Queensland. Pure offers a range of hydrogen-powered vehicles including a 6×4 prime mover, an 8×4 concrete agitator truck, 4×2 and 6×4 refrigeration trucks, and 2×4 and 6×4 delivery trucks.
AMQ – a subsidiary of the Australian-owned BOSSCAP Group – will collaborate with Pure on the assembly and integration of hydrogen components on certain hydrogen-powered trucks and Pure One will retain customer relationships and control pricing strategy, with both parties sharing in the upside of each sale.
The agreement also provides a framework for Pure to sell the Ford F-150 Lightning vehicle, the battery electric version of the best-selling F-150 truck, to its domestic customer network, providing an additional revenue channel which leverages Pure existing sales footprint with some of Australia’s largest transport and industrial companies.
Both parties will also assess future commercial opportunities in zero-emission mobility, which jointly leverage their respective advantages in vehicle manufacturing, industry knowledge and sales networks.
The Term Sheet sets out a pathway for both parties to continue discussions toward a binding final agreement, expected to be executed in early 2026.

Pure Hydrogen Managing Director Scott Brown says the collaboration transforms how the company approaches zero-emission transport in Australia.
“By integrating assembly capabilities locally through AMQ, we gain the ability to scale production, innovate across vehicle platforms, and maintain full control over customer relationships and pricing strategy, reinforcing our long-term growth potential,” he says.
“Beyond production, this partnership unlocks broader strategic opportunities. It strengthens our domestic presence and establishes a foundation for future expansion.
“Local assembly is a game-changing capability that will underpin our vision of delivering zero-emission transport solutions across Australia and internationally. We look forward to working with AMQ to spearhead the next phase of growth in Australia’s clean energy vehicle sector.”
Advanced Manufacturing Queensland (AMQ) Managing Director Edward Kocwa adds that “AMQ is driving the future of clean mobility in Australia”.
“From the F-150 Lightning to our Hyundai remanufacturing program, this partnership with Pure One demonstrates how we can add value through local manufacturing and deliver world-class zero-emission vehicles, which also aligns with the Federal Government’s Future Made in Australia strategy,” he says.
“We’re pleased to partner with Pure One to support the growth of zero-emission transport in Australia, and this collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission to bring world-class manufacturing capability back to Australian soil.”
