NHVR Seeks Feedback On Reg Advice

The NHVR is reviewing its ‘Regulatory Advice’ series to ensure it remains up to date, practical and most importantly, relevant for the heavy vehicle industry.

HVIA has previously advised members of relevant legal and compliance topics highlighted by the regulator in the advisory series.

The series now spans almost 30 topics, many of which are relevant to HVIA members including Chain of Responsibility, telematics, driver distraction, restricted access vehicles and load restraint. The aim of the series is to simplify concepts in the Heavy Vehicle National Law, including CoR.

As part of the review, the NHVR is undertaking a survey estimated to take three-five minutes to gather feedback on how industry accesses and uses the Regulatory Advice documents. Feedback will help shape future materials and improvements.

The survey is open until COB Friday, April 4, and can be accessed here.

HVIA recommends that all members who currently or have previously used the NHVR Regulatory Advice consider completing the survey.
