Based on popular demand, HVIA is launching the Women’s Network Connection Program to help people across our industry build meaningful connections beyond their own organisations. The idea of the program is to boost your current connections with regular targeted monthly matching.
HVIA will launch the first pool for three months as a trial with each participant receiving one match per month. As this program is national, participants may receive matches from other geographic locations. Once matched, we recommend booking in a 15-30-minute Teams call (or in-person coffee catch-up) with your match to connect further. The program is purposely simple and easy to access and participate in.
The first pool will have a limited number of places, and we will email out invites to the earliest subscribers of the HVIA Women’s Network, who will be given first preference. To fill out the Expression of Interest form, please click here.
The form includes a question on what you are looking for in your matches – for example, if you want to meet someone with a similar job description, or someone from the same state. We will do our best to ensure that at least one of the three matches fits the criteria listed. We will seek feedback on the program after the three months and if successful look at continuing, tweaking and opening it up to more participants in industry.
EOIs will close on the July 30, 2026 and first matches will go out in August. Happy connecting!
