HVIA Release Agenda For Member Forum

HVIA has released the agenda for its next Member Forum, to be held online on Thursday, November 13, 2025 – the last chance for members to get together on a national level before the end of the 2025 calendar year.

Exclusive to members and all staff, the final forum for the year builds on an extensive schedule of activities and industry issues for members that have progressed and are still coming.

Members wishing to attend are encouraged to register here. As always, all staff from any of HVIA’s member organisations are welcome to attend. Attendees consistently enjoy the chance to get up to speed on the important developments in their industry.

The agenda – available here – will touch on many topical areas, and will include:

> An introduction to Rachel Michaud, HVIA’s newest staff member;

> National regulatory updates – ROVER and the HVNL;

> Federal level policy, covering heavy vehicle productivity and charging reform;

> HVIA’s new sustainability guide;

> Recent ADR consultations and updates;

> NHVR Directional Stability Under Braking (DSUB) reforms; and

> Euro VI axle mass limits and regulatory impacts.

The meeting will also feature a presentation from global tax advisory firm Alvarez & Marsal, which will cover government grants and tax concessions for research and development investments.

Members wishing to raise any matters for discussion are invited to e-mail Adam Ritzinger at a.ritzinger@hvia.asn.au
