HVIA Member Forums Agendas Released

The HVIA team is excited to announce the release of the agendas for the next round of Member Forums to be held in capital cities across Australia throughout March.

As flagged last week, this round of Member Forums features new locations and formats for WA and NSW-based members – including site tours of hosts Bruce Rock Engineering’s WA manufacturing facility and Zenobē’s off-site electric truck charging hub in Mascot, Sydney.

As always, all staff from any of HVIA’s member organisations are welcome to attend. HVIA staff were incredibly pleased that Member Forums in 2025 saw the highest level of member engagement to date and are looking to build on that again for 2026.

Attendees consistently enjoy the chance to get up to speed on the important developments in their industry, as well as the informal networking with colleagues and friends over morning tea.

The agendas for NSW and QLD, VIC and WA will touch on many topical areas, and will include:

> An overview of Australia’s current political and policy context relating to heavy vehicles and the transport sector;

> Feedback from HVIA’s recent meetings with the Federal Department of Infrastructure and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator;

> Updates on technical and regulatory submissions covering a wide range of diverse issues including Performance Based Standards, status lights and displays, brake harmonisation, and the HVNL;

> Details on TruckShowX 2026, the launch of Truck Week 2026, and HVIA’s new Women’s Network; and

> An update on HVIA’s recent Member Working Group activities.

Note that there are two versions of the Agenda, with different timings – the NSW meeting has its own agenda to accommodate the Zenobē site visit, while QLD, VIC and WA share a common agenda with the normal start time of 9:00am (local time).

Online registrations for those Member Forums are now open, available either on the HVIA website events page, or by following the links below:
