An upcoming webinar aims to help build awareness of the new CLOCS-A (Construction Logistics and Community Safety – Australia) regulation, a national standard that seeks to improve road safety by setting consistent safety requirements for heavy vehicles working on construction projects.
CLOCS-A focuses on vehicle visibility, safe operations and minimising risks to vulnerable road users.
From August 26, 2025, all heavy construction vehicles involved in NSW Government tenders must meet CLOCS-A Bronze safety standards, including the use of ECE 104-compliant reflective tape.
As governments begin mandating CLOCS-A compliance, it’s essential for fleets to be project-ready.
Hosted by paper, packaging and visual communication products supplier Spicers, with the team from reflective tape manufacturer 3M presenting, the session is designed as a training opportunity for 3M’s sales team as well as for customers.
It will help build confidence in the CLOCS-A requirements and provide insights into how 3M reflective tape solutions meet the standards, including correct placement on vehicles to meet ECE 104 standards.
