
Volvo Group Australia has appointed Cameron Bettany as Vice President, UD Trucks and Government Sales and Marketing, effective July 1, 2026.
The appointment brings together responsibility for UD Trucks and Government Sales under a unified leadership structure, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening the UD Trucks brand, deepening government engagement, building strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable long-term growth.
Cameron has been successfully leading UD Trucks Sales and Marketing in an acting capacity alongside his Government Sales portfolio, providing stability, continuity and strong commercial leadership across both functions.
His appointment to the permanent role reflects the significant contribution he has made in supporting customers, strengthening stakeholder relationships and advancing key strategic initiatives.
In his expanded leadership position, Cameron will continue to drive the growth and development of the UD Trucks brand, while further strengthening partnerships across government and emergency services sectors. His focus will remain on delivering customer-centric solutions, enhancing market presence and identifying new opportunities for sustainable business growth.

Volvo Group Australia Pty Ltd (VGA) trading as UD Trucks is the exclusive importer of UD Trucks Corporation Products in Australia. VGA sells new UD trucks including accessories and parts in Australia. VGA also offers repair and maintenance, warranty work, recall work and connected services.
