Two Directors retiring from HVIA Board

This week’s HVIA Annual General Meeting will see the compulsory retirement of two HVIA Directors.

HVIA must reluctantly say goodbye to Mario Colosimo (SAF-Holland) and Nick Stavrakis (Dana Australia) from the Board.

Both joined the Board in 2015 and must retire pursuant to HVIA constitutional rules.

“I would like to publicly thank Mario and Nick,” HVIA President John Drake said.

Mario Colosimo is Managing Director of SAF Holland Australia Pty Ltd

“Both Mario and Nick have served six continuous years on the HVIA board, overseeing the transition from CVIAQ to HVIA and have volunteered countless hours in the hope of assisting the broader industry.

“I thank them for their service and contribution.

“These retirements though, offer a great opportunity for Board renewal, and I hope we see other industry leaders stick their hand up to ensure their big shoes are filled.”

Nick Stavrakis is Managing Director of Dana Australia Pty Ltd

HVIA Chief Executive Todd Hacking added:

“They have each brought a wealth of experience, professionalism, ideas, knowledge and acumen to the organisation and we wish them well in their future endeavours.”
