In line with its focus on transformative technology and innovation, TruckShowX 2026 will feature an exciting new initiative – the StartUp Pitstop.
The StartUp Pitstop will showcase small, early-stage businesses with innovative new products/services that have the potential to transform heavy vehicle operations.
The displays will be prominently located amongst the Trade Booths at the event’s technology and capability expo.
To be held on May 18-19, 2026 at Rydges Resort in the Hunter Valley, TruckShowX will offer a jam-packed program featuring unique insights from the industry’s prime movers about how they’re transforming their businesses through innovation and technology, opportunities to drive the latest models from leading manufacturers, and a lively social program.
“Fostering innovation at the earliest stage is important for our industry because it encourages new ideas and new entrants,” Adam Ritzinger, HVIA’s Chief Technical Officer, says.
“I’m so glad that we can dedicate a space at the industry’s premier trucking technology and innovation conference to fill that gap.”
To be eligible to exhibit in the StartUp Pitstop businesses must meet the following criteria:
- Company size: No more than five employees;
- Annual revenue: No more than A$500,000;
- Time in business: No longer than five years;
- Product/service readiness: Must have a ‘market ready’ service/product available now; and
- Relevance: The business and its product/service must be relevant to the ‘Driving the Future’ theme of TruckShowX 2026.
Businesses meeting the ‘startup’ criteria are invited to submit an expression of interest here.
