
With just over two weeks to go, time (and tickets) are fast running out to secure your place at TruckShowX 2026 on May 18-19 – featuring an incredible 40+ speakers showcasing how leading trucking and transport businesses are transforming their operations through innovation and technology.
Headlining the program will be the biggest line-up of the industry’s prime movers ever assembled, sharing first-hand how they are embracing the latest innovations, technologies and processes to reduce operating costs (especially fuel), boost productivity and cut emissions. Kicking off day one will be a joint keynote presentation from Toll Group and the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) on the adoption of battery electric technology and decarbonisation in Australia’s largest trucking fleet.
Following on from this will be the ‘EMISSION IMPOSSIBLE’ session exploring how industry leaders – including Centurion Transport, New Energy Transport, Multiquip and Team Global Express – are using battery electric trucks to drive down emissions.

After lunch the focus will shift to cutting-edge technology, with the ‘TRUCKGPT’ session showcasing the emerging uses of artificial intelligence in the trucking sector and how early adopters – including AJM Transport, Wettenhalls and FBT Transwest – are getting ahead of the curve in partnership with suppliers such as Allotrac, Google, Geotab and WHG.
Rounding out day one will be concurrent sessions – the first, ‘CTRL + ALT + DECARBONISE PART 1’ looking at the impacts and achievements of clean energy financing, featuring Australia’s major funding agencies (Clean Energy Finance Corporation, ARENA and ANZ) and their grant recipients, including Zenobe, Volvo, Mov3ment and Toll Group.
Running alongside this will be the ‘STREAMLINED MILES’ session covering initiatives to improve the efficiency of trucking operations, including new equipment, processes and ways of delivering more for less. Speakers will include Freighter, Hino, Big Wheels Truck Alignment, Impact HQ and Hendrickson.
Commencing day two will be a keynote presentation from Australia’s former Chief Scientist (2021-2024) Dr Cathy Foley, delving into how quantum technologies have the potential to transform Australian industry, including transport and trucking.



TruckShowX 2026 will include a unique drive day program offering attendees the rare opportunity to experience an on-road test drive of the latest low- and zero-emissions vehicles on offer in Australia from a range of leading suppliers
Next up will be a much-anticipated session highlighting innovative ways of combating energy security fears in the transport sector, with speakers including solar-powered trailer pioneer Sunswap and its Australian distributor Protran Solutions and renewable diesel leader Viva Energy Australia.
Maintaining the focus on alternative fuels will the pre-lunch session, ‘BORN H2 RUN’, which will showcase the latest developments in hydrogen fuel cell trucks, and hydrogen technology, including local deployments in major Australasian fleets such as TR Group and HW Richardson Group.
Post-lunch will be concurrent sessions, the first ‘TAKING CHARGE’ exploring the latest in shared and public-use truck charging facilities and charging hardware – what’s here, what’s coming and when. Speakers will include NewVolt, Zenobe, EVSE, GoEV, Jetcharge and Kempower.
Running alongside this highly charged session will be the ‘POWERTRAINS & POWERTECH’ session unpacking a range of innovative powertrain and power delivery technologies, including powered trailers and hydrogen injection, from leading suppliers including VE Motion, Ehaula and Cummins.

Rounding out day two will be ‘CTRL + ALT + DECARBONISE PART 2’ tackling the challenges of emissions reporting alongside a concurrent session focused on next-generation safety technologies featuring speakers including Volvo Group Australia, ALRTA, Frasers Livestock Transport and Borchtrans.
