Partnership Fuels Fleet Savings + Efficiency

WHG Technologies and FleetCard have joined forces to launch an integrated platform that combines fuel fleet management with live telematics data, delivering a new era of cost savings, fleet efficiency, insights, security and operational control for fleet operators.

The integration connects Australia’s most widely accepted fuel network with WHG’s enterprise-grade telematics and technology ecosystem, giving operators the ability to purchase, track, analyse and act on fuel and vehicle data – all within one connected system powered by the WHG iLink Platform.

From cost-per-kilometre reporting to predictive maintenance and compliance readiness, WHG and FleetCard now provide superior operational visibility that streamlines decision-making and simplifies fleet management.

“This partnership creates a single connected platform which delivers clear benefits: operational savings in both time and budget,” Dylan Hartley, Director of Operations at WHG, says.

“It’s fuel, performance and safety data, all in one view – and it’s live.”

To ease adoption, operators can purchase WHG hardware, installation and services using their FleetCard — with all charges rolled into their monthly fuel invoice for easier cash flow and simpler fleet finance.

In addition to fuel insights, the integration offers a full suite of operational protections and efficiencies.

With WHG and FleetCard’s connected platform fleet operators can utilise the combination of fuel and telematics data to enhance operations, consolidate spend and maintenance costs per vehicle, and trigger proactive maintenance schedules.

They can also gain live insights into fuel usage, fleet diagnostics, odometer data and more – reducing unplanned downtime, preventing avoidable breakdowns and extending asset life with easy consolidated visibility.

In an Australian first the solution can track card and vehicle location mismatch alerts, unusual transaction behaviour and provide live security notifications help catch issues before they escalate, providing further enhancement to GPS fleet tracking.

In a step towards simplifying compliance and reporting, the platform streamlines operations, featuring TCA-certified telematics, NHVR-compliant workflows (including EWD and Smart OBM), and delivers ATO-compliant invoicing for efficient reporting.

“This is not just a value add — it’s a fleet solution redefined,” Joel Comer, Corporate Sales Manager at FleetCard, says.

“We’re giving operators the data they need to stay in control, stay compliant and drive continuous improvement.”
