HVIA member Levanta has unveiled an exciting new chapter with acquisition of Totalkare UK.
The Brisbane-headquartered company says the deal, including subsidiaries Tecnik Engineering Ltd and Bradmac, is a “tremendous step forward in our ambition to become the world’s leading commercial workshop equipment and fitout provider”.
“The alignment is clear: for over two decades Levanta has built Australia and New Zealand’s leading workshop solutions business, while in the UK Totalkare has established an enviable reputation across the commercial vehicle, transport and rail industries,” the announcement notes.
“Bringing these two outstanding companies together gives us a formidable platform across the three countries. And it represents a major step in Levanta’s global expansion strategy.”
The UK addition follows on from the opening of a new $15 million headquarters at Heathwood in Brisbane’s south in February this year and the July 2025 acquisition of leading prefabricated service pits and heavy vehicle workshop systems provider Hartex Engineering, a move it claimed positioned it as the “undisputed #1 provider of heavy vehicle workshop fitouts and equipment across Australia and New Zealand”.
