HVIA has released dates for the upcoming Member Forums in 2025 – so lock them in your diary! In 2025, HVIA will hold two in-person Member Forums in each state, and one online Member Forum.
This is a slightly reduced meeting calendar that acknowledges the busy periods around the Brisbane Truck Show, which will be held on the May 15-18, 2025.
The confirmed dates for the online and in-person Member Forums are below:
Q1 Member Forums (in person)
> Queensland – Wednesday, February 19, 9:00am-12:00noon (Brisbane time)
> New South Wales – Thursday, February 20, 9:00am-12:00noon (Sydney time)
> Victoria – Wednesday February 26, 9:00am-12:00noon (Melbourne time)
> Western Australia – Thursday, February 27, 9:00am-12:00noon (Perth time)
Q2 – No HVIA meetings will be held during Q2 due to the Brisbane Truck Show and its associated activities.
Q3 Member Forums (in person)
Queensland – Thursday, August 7, 9:00am-12:00noon (Brisbane time)
New South Wales – Friday, August 8, 9:00am-12:00noon (Sydney time)
Victoria – Thursday, August 14, 9:00am-12:00noon (Melbourne time)
Western Australia – Friday, August 15, 9:00am-12:00noon (Perth time)
Q4 Member Forum (online)
Thursday, November 20, 1:00pm-3:00pm (Melbourne time), online
In-person Member Forum locations will likely mirror those from 2024. Locations will be confirmed and registrations will be available on the events page on HVIA’s website in the new year.
