HVIA Releases Agenda For Member Forums

HVIA has released the agenda for the next round of Member Forums to be held across Australia throughout August, which will feature a presentation on upcoming changes to the Heavy Vehicle National Law from the NTC’s Aaron De Rozario.

The meetings follow the record-breaking Brisbane Truck Show in what is HVIA’s 10 anniversary as a national industry association and build on an extensive schedule of activities already in motion for 2025.

As always, all staff from any of HVIA’s member organisations are welcome to attend, and all HVIA staff were incredibly pleased that the previous round of Member Forums, held in capital cities in February, saw the highest level of member engagement to date.

Attendees consistently enjoy the chance to get up to speed on the important developments in their industry, as well as the informal networking with colleagues and friends over morning tea.

The agenda – available here – will touch on many topical areas, and will include:

> Discussions on HVIA’s recent advocacy activities across a wide range of technical and policy areas impacting members;

> A wrap-up and general discussion of the Brisbane Truck Show;

> National regulatory updates – ROVER, RVCS, the HVNL and the ADR review report (pending its release);

> Insights into coming events – HVIA’s National Awards and Gala Dinner in December, and TruckShowX for 2026; and

> A presentation on the upcoming changes to the Heavy Vehicle National Law in key areas of mass and dimensions limits from Aaron De Rozario of the National Transport Commission.

Registration is free and is available online by clicking on the links below.
