CLOCS-A is a national, industry-led program designed to reduce road trauma by improving safety standards for heavy vehicles operating on construction projects. It creates a consistent, best-practice framework for managing on-road risks to vulnerable road users (pedestrians, cyclists) across Australia, inspired by the UK’s successful CLOCS program.
