Ensuring truck show exhibitors maximise ROI

HVIA is facilitating an onsite information event for 2023 Brisbane Truck Show exhibitors next month.

National Events Manager Noelene Bradley said the event is timed to ensure participants had time to get ahead of the game in their preparation for next year’s truck show.

“We appreciate that every exhibitor is looking to ensure that their return on their investment is maximised,” Ms Bradley said.

“This event will give attendees a great head-start.

“Whether it is getting the best accommodation block, and at the right price, preparing for off-site client dinners or events, or more practical on-site issues regarding the logistics or compliance.

“We have taken some huge steps forward this year with a new suite of exhibitor tools and technology, including introducing some exciting data gathering tech that will be available to all exhibitors.

“With the support of Brisbane Economic Development Agency, the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, OzAccom+ and our many committed suppliers and contractors, this event is a must for every exhibitor.”

The agenda includes attending the Brisbane Economic Development Agency pop-up signature events exhibition.

Ms Bradley has a message for the executives who often miss the work that goes on behind the scenes in preparation for participation in the Brisbane Truck Show.

“If your stand is organised by one of your marketing team or admin staff, you probably don’t realise the effort that they put into coordinating your team’s participation.

“I would urge you to support their attendance – because you will certainly appreciate the outcomes, come May next year.”

There is no charge for participation in the two-day event, however transport and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant.
