Daimler Truck will present its zero-emission Mercedes-Benz eActros and Fuso eCanter models at TruckShowX in May, both as an exhibitor and drive day program participant.
The all-electric models feature class-leading technology and are the first electric trucks in Australia to feature e-axles, which save weight and boost efficiency.
HVIA Chief Technical Officer and TruckShowX Technical Program Manager, Adam Ritzinger, welcomes Daimler Truck as the latest big name to sign up to the ground-breaking event that will be held at RACV Cape Schank in Victoria on May 13 and 14.

TruckShowX driving opportunities will take place on the incredible coastal roads near adjacent to RACV Cape Schank.
Daimler Truck Australia Pacific Sales and Marketing Vice President, Andrew Assimo, says TruckShowX is an exciting opportunity to feature zero-emission truck products and services.

Alongside the driving opportunities, TruckShowX will unpack the interconnected ‘ecosystem’ of equipment, infrastructure, services, regulations, policies, and people that must exist for them to work as a solution.
The two-day event will feature keynote presentations from global leaders in LZEV adoption, supported by practical case studies of local operators leading the decarbonisation effort.
