2025 Brisbane Truck Show Dates Announced!

Lock it in your diary – the dates for the much-anticipated 2025 Brisbane Truck Show have been confirmed as May 15-18 next year!

HVIA Chief Executive Officer Todd Hacking says the upcoming show promises to be bigger and better than ever – a challenging goal considering the 2023 event was lauded as the “best ever”.

And measured by numbers alone, the event surpassed any other in its storied 55-year history, setting a convoy of records, including a record turnout of 42,855 industry decision makers across the four-day event, 15 per cent higher than any previous show, and over 30,000 square metres of exhibitors.

Hacking says the HVIA’s passionate and dedicated team is committed to staging another world-class show at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) in 2025.

“We are already well advanced on opportunities to grow and improve in 2025, and we will consult with all stakeholders as part of our review process and strategic planning for next year’s show,” he says.

Some 30,000sqm of exhibitors showed off the latest trucks, trailers, technologies, parts and accessories

As well as the Southern Hemisphere’s largest display of the latest trucks, trailers, technologies, and parts and accessories, the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show will again encompass a week-long festival of all things trucking under the Australian Heavy Vehicle Industry Week umbrella, with events and activities extending beyond the BCEC into the nearby South Bank Parklands and beyond.

These include the Heavy Equipment and Machinery Show at the Brisbane Showgrounds, held in conjunction with the Civil Contractors Federation Queensland, and the Heritage Truck Show staged at the Rocklea Showgrounds in association with the Heritage Truck Association.

“What started back in 1968 as an event to connect members with their customers has become much more than that,” Hacking says.

“There are so many events that run alongside the Truck Show now, that make it a compelling opportunity for everyone to get together in Brisbane. And this evolution will continue in 2025 – plus some new exciting additions we can’t wait to reveal in due course!”
