Since its formal announcement in October this year, the HVIA team has been inundated with requests from all corners of the industry to be part of TruckShowX in 2026.
“The amount of interest in next year’s event has been overwhelming,” says Adam Ritzinger, HVIA’s Chief Technical Officer, who is reprising his role as Conference Technical Program Manager for TruckShowX 2026.
“We created a diverse set of themes for the conference program that replicated the most prominent talking points at this year’s Brisbane Truck Show, and it is pleasing to see that they have really resonated with the industry,” he adds.
“There’s still time, though, to submit EOIs for consideration, and also for the conference expo and drive day spaces…the door is closing, but it is still open at the moment. We encourage all members who haven’t done so, to express their interest by completing the form on the TruckShowX web page.”
> Expressions of interest to present as a speaker in the conference’s program can be submitted here.
> Expressions of interest in the drive day, trade booth expo, trailer display area, and brand new ‘Startup Pitstop’ can be submitted here.
Scheduled for May 18-19, 2026 at Rydges Hunter Valley in regional NSW, TruckShowX 2026 will offer attendees the opportunity to learn from the industry’s prime movers how businesses are transforming through innovation and technology, via real-world case studies focusing on transport productivity, efficiency and safety.
The preliminary program is available here, and tickets can be purchased here. Early bird discounts are currently on offer.
