Hammar Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Hammar Maskin AB, was started in 1995. Being a relatively new, but rapidly expanding Sideloader market, Hammar decided to put maximum effort into Australia and the results have been excellent.
Hammar Australia, with its local market dedication, produce well over 50% of all new Sideloaders to hit the road. In fact, over 1000 HAMMAR has been delivered. All HAMMAR sideloaders are delivered under the brand name HAMMAR™ and all cranes are produced in Sweden.
