The fifty-first Annual General Meeting of members of Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia will be held in-person or Online via ClickMeeting, digital webinar platform.
ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the Directors’ Report for the year ended 30 June 2021.
3. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2021.
4. To receive, consider and adopt the Auditor’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2021.
5. To elect Directors for the coming year.
6. To ratify, by election, any Director appointed to a casual vacancy by the Board in 2020/21.
7. To elect Office Bearers for the coming year.
8. General: to transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
9. Presentation: Robert King, Partner, Cornwalls Lawyers – Mandatory Workplace Vaccinations.
