BTS21 honoured with Australian Event Award

The 2021 Brisbane Truck Show has been announced as Best Live or Hybrid Congress, Conference or Exhibition at the Australian Event Awards.

HVIA Chief Executive Todd Hacking said it had never been more important than it was this year for the industry to come together, to pause and take stock, and to support each other.

“We hope every exhibitor and attendee will all share and enjoy this acknowledgment of your participation,” Mr Hacking said.

“This year’s event was also an amazing opportunity to connect with the broader community through the expanded South Bank Truck Festival.

“We are grateful to the Queensland Government, Brisbane Economic Development Agency and the South Bank Parklands for putting their faith in our aspirations.

“There are a huge number of people and organisations that deserve our acknowledgement – but we will take a moment to mention National Transport Insurance and Truck Assist and our media partners ATN and Owner Driver who have been the most incredible sponsors across all of our initiatives.

“We are all wishing the whole Australian events industry the very best for the coming year.”
